Information Collection and Use
Randall's Chapel United Methodist Church is the sole owner of the information collected on http://www.randallschapel.com  We will not sell, share, or rent our users' personal information to others, nor will we use this information in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. 

Registration
To subscribe to our email Prayerline and Chapel Updates, a user may submit an email request to support@randallschapel.com  The request should include the individual's name and email address. This information is used solely to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. 

Cookies
Cookies are small programs that are placed on a user's hard drive to track user practices. We do not use cookies.

Log Files
We do not use log files to identify the source of site users.  IP addresses are not linked to any personally identifiable information about our users.

Sharing
We will not share any personal information about our users with third parties.

Forwarded Messages
We will not forward messages to our subscribers.  We respectfully request that our subscribers and visitors refrain from forwarding messages to prayerline@randallschapel.com  To avoid the threat of viruses, all forwarded messages received by prayerline@randallschapel.com are automatically deleted upon receipt. If a user wishes to share a "forwarded" message, the user must copy the body of the message (excluding any forwarded email addresses) into a new email window before sending it to prayerline@randallschapel.com

Prayerline and Chapel Updates
Subscribers to our Prayerline and Chapel Updates are required to submit contact information including name and email address.  Subscription requests should be sent to support@randallschapel.com 

Virus Checking
We maintain a diligent effort to avoid the spread of  any malicious code that may damage our computers or those of our users.  All incoming and outgoing data are scanned for viruses on the webmaster's system.  Our regularly updated virus prevention software is designed to remove viruses before any infected data are transmitted.  Where a virus cannot be removed, the entire message is safely isolated or deleted.  However, it is very important to remember that with new computer viruses being generated constantly, there can be no guarantee by anyone that a computer virus infection will never occur on this or any website. 

Confidentiality
Any information that is shared by a user during a conference, email or any other means with a Randall's Chapel minister, webmaster or volunteer will be kept in strict confidence.

Security
This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. Correction/Updating Personal Information:
If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as your email address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user’s personal data provided to us. This can be done by emailing us at support@randallschapel.com

Users who no longer wish to receive our Prayerline emails and Chapel Updates may opt-out of receiving these communications by sending an email to support@randallschapel.com with unsubscribe in the subject line of the email.

Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our website at http://www.randallschapel.com with a link on the menu of our Home Page so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
